This asset pack bundles a collection of environmental hazards. An Environmental Hazard is a traversal mechanic in which the level space contains persistent damaging or lethal obstacles that the player must avoid through precise movement, spatial awareness, or timing. The challenge exists independently of enemy actors; the environment itself is the threat.

Use when you want challenge to exist in the level independent of an intelligent actor deliberately working against the player. It creates risk in empty spaces, varies the threat profile of different areas, and tests traversal skill rather than combat skill. Combine with enemy encounters to create compound spatial pressure, or use in isolation for pure movement challenge sections.

Perfect for 2D platformer games, top-down adventures, top-down action RPGs, and Metroidvanias.
